This locomotive was built by Dick, Kerr & Co in 1893 at Kilmarnock and spent its working life hauling sugar cane. It was first employed at the Racecourse Mill in Mackay before moving to Moreton Mill in Nambour in 1937.
The locomotive was placed on a plinth in Nambour park in 1964.
Later it was moved to the Nambour Museum which is operated by the Nambour & District Historical Museum Association Inc.
