This locomotive was built by John Fowler in Leeds in 1907.

It was last used by Isis Mill, Cordalba where it carried the No 3.

The Isis Central Sugar Mill was first registered as a company in 1894 and it took until 1896 to gain Government approval for the building of a new mill which included a narrow gauge railway. The construction of the Isis Central Sugar Mill was completed in September 1897.

The locomotive has been placed on a plinth in in a Maryborough park until 1983 when moved to a local car wrecking yard.

In January 2002 it was reported to have been purchased by Bauple Historical Society for incorporation into an historical exhibit in the town of Bauple, at the location of the former Mount Bauple sugar mill.
