This locomotive was built by John Fowler in Leeds in 1923 and delivered to H. Hermon & Sons for use on the Warburton Steam Tramway in Victoria.
From 1934 onwards it was stored out of use at Lal Lal.
In 1940 it became No.6 at Mt. Morgan Mines Ltd., Queensland, where it was out of use by 1954.
In 1976 the locomotive returned to Victoria in 1976 in connection with the Walhalla & Thomson Steam Tramway Pty Ltd.
By 1982 it was at Spotswood Workshops, Victoria.
By 1989 it was dismantled at the Puffing Billy Museum, Menzies Creek, where it was available for sale in 1993.
By 1996 it was thought to be at Huntingdale, possibly associated with the Walhalla Goldfields Railway.
