This locomotive was built by Kerr, Stuart & Company in Stoke on Trent in 1900 to work on the Wyett’s Beaconsfield Tramway. It worked there until 1915 when the line closed.
At some time later the locomotive moved Camden where the boiler is thought to have been removed and adapted for stationary use.
What remains of the locomotive were taken to the Beaconsfield Mine Museum in March 2008 and placed on display there.
