This locomotive was built in 1955 by Andrew Barclay for the National Coal Board (NCB).

It last worked at Cairnhill Colliery in Ayrshire.

It is stored awaiting restoration at Dunaskin which is the base of the Ayshire Railway Preservation Group (ARPG).

Now called the Doon Valley railway at Dunaskin.
