This locomotive was built by Dick, Kerr & Co in 1910 at Kilmarnock and is only one of the locomotives built there known to have survived. Its working life was spent at Marian Mill near Mackayin northern Queensland.
After being taken out of service at Marian Mill the locomotive was placed on a plinth in Pioneer Shire Council Park in Seaforth in 1964.
At some time later the locomotive was acquired by a private owner and stored at a rural site near Echuca in Victoria.
The locomotive was dismantled but nothing is known about it since.
