This crane tank locomotive was built by Dübs and Company in Glasgow in 1890 for the Victoria Railways.
The crane was able to lift loads up to 5 tons in weight.
The locomotive spent most of its working life at Newport Workshops before being withdrawn from service in February 1970.
It is now on static display at the Australian Railway Historical Society (ARHS) museum at North Williamstown.
