This locomotive was built by Grant Richie & Company in 1914.
It was used at the National Coal Board colliery at Newtongrange where it carried the number 7.
It was housed in the Pithead Bathhouse at Prestongrange Mining Museum but in November 2023 it was moved into a purpose built a new shed at the Prestongrange Industrial Museum east of Edinburgh.
