This locomotive was built by John Fowler in Leeds in 1922 to work at the Mossman Mill north of Cairns in Queensland.
The 0-4-2T+T configuration meant that it had the ability to store more water in the additional tender which increased its range of operation.
As of August 2004 the locomotive was believed to be privately owned at a site at Songa Beach (near Mossman) and in a partially dismantled state and available for sale.
It was subsequently sold to another private individual and transported to location in the Hunter Valley in New South Wales.
